When will I be charged?

Not until memberships officially launch (within 2 weeks of hitting 25 signups). This is a zero-commitment pre-signup to gauge demand and trigger our first batch shipment. You’ll receive a direct enrollment link via email before any payment is required.

What if I’m not one of the first 25?

You’ll be added to our priority waiting list and notified immediately when the next batch opens. We expect to run monthly or bi-monthly batches depending on demand, so you won’t wait long.

How does island pickup work?

We coordinate bi-weekly ocean freight shipments from Trinidad to each OECS island. You collect your oil and filters from a designated pickup point on your island (exact locations will be confirmed before the first batch ships). Think of it like collecting a package — quick, easy, convenient.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Monthly members can cancel anytime with no penalty. 3-month members commit to one billing cycle (3 months), then can cancel or continue. All cancellations are managed through your PayPal subscription dashboard — simple and transparent.

What if my vehicle needs a different oil grade later?

No problem. Your membership gives you access to ALL oil grades (20W50, 10W40, 0W20) at member pricing. Just specify which grade you need when placing your order for each batch shipment.

What’s the difference between monthly and 3-month plans?

Monthly Plan ($49.95 XCD/month) requires 3 consecutive payments before you get instant oil access — after that, you’re “Qualified” and can order immediately. 3-Month Plan ($129.95 XCD every 3 months) gives you instant oil access from day one. Both plans offer the same member pricing on products.

Do I have to order every batch shipment?

No. Your membership keeps you eligible for wholesale pricing, but you only order when you need oil/filters. If you change oil every 6 months, just place an order twice per year. No minimums, no pressure.

Is this just for oil and filters?

For now, yes — oil and filters are the AutoCare Club’s core offering. But as a GPSL Services member, you’ll also get priority access to any other parts we source (the “If The Parts Exist. We Will Find It!” promise still applies). Think of the club as your insider track to wholesale automotive supply in the Caribbean.
