Monthly subscribers must complete 3 consecutive monthly payments before the oil and filter benefit activates. If your subscription breaks before month 3 the count resets when you resubscribe.

Oil pricing is based on your vehicle’s required grade — confirmed when you join. Filter is $10 XCD flat across all vehicles.

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between the monthly and 3 month plan?

Both plans include all core member benefits and the same oil pricing. The key difference is access timing — 3 month subscribers get instant oil and filter access from day one while monthly subscribers unlock it after 3 consecutive payments. The 3 month plan also saves you $19.90 XCD versus paying monthly.

How is my oil grade determined?

When you subscribe we confirm your vehicle make, model and year and identify the correct oil grade for your engine. Your member price is then set based on that grade. If your vehicle requires 20W50 you pay $35 XCD. If it requires 0W20 you pay $50 XCD. Filter is always $10 XCD flat.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. You can cancel at any time from your account dashboard. If you cancel your monthly plan before completing 3 consecutive months the oil and filter benefit will not have activated. If you rejoin later the count starts fresh.

Which islands is the GPSL AutoCare Club available on?

The club is open to vehicle owners across all 7 islands we serve — Grenada, Saint Lucia, Saint Vincent, Antigua, Dominica, St Kitts and Montserrat.

How do I receive my oil and filter?

Once your benefit is active we coordinate with you directly. Depending on your island this will be a weekly designated pickup location or arranged delivery. Details confirmed with each member individually.

Does the discount apply to parts cost?

The 10% discount applies to logistics and sourcing fees only, not the parts cost itself. Parts are priced at our standard rates, which already account for all sourcing, customs and transaction costs.

What payment methods are accepted?

Club membership is billed automatically via PayPal. Your billing date is set from the day you first subscribe and renews on the same date each month or every 3 months depending on your plan.

Is this only for new GPSL customers?

Not at all. The GPSL AutoCare Club is open to everyone — whether you have ordered with us before or are joining for the first time. All vehicle owners across the islands are welcome.
